Yes. New patients are seen for osteoarthritis, chronic tendon and ligament injury, and nerve entrapment. No referral is required, though we are glad to coordinate with your primary care physician, orthopedist or physical therapist. Patients travel to Glastonbury from across New England and from out of state.

Any MRI, X-ray or ultrasound from the last two years, the actual images on disc or portal access, not only the written report, plus a list of prior injections, surgeries and current medications. Bringing a spouse or family member is encouraged. Wear clothing that gives easy access to the joint in question.

It includes same-visit diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging, so no separate imaging appointment is needed. Because PRP, BMAC and MFAT are physician-performed, custom-concentrated procedures rather than a standardized kit, treatment pricing is confirmed individually after your evaluation, once it's clear which option fits your case.
